If your sliding into home... don't slide crotch first into the leg of the catch fella.. Iv'e seen it done. Metaphporically and literally.
 And, if your having trouble... don't. Just do it.Your your harshest critic on things like this. Chances are if you just get on with it, it'll be fine.
