It is good, I won't deny it that.  And I've always wanted to see a story with Evangelion and Robotech together.

BUT big issue, Unit 01, the fact that the robotech can eat through Angels like bullets through paper essentially makes the story and Unit 01 a moot thing.

I really don't wanna get Fanboyish here but....I really think Unit 01 should not only stay in the story but that Shinji should keep using it.  I mean come on, who doesn't want to see the Zentradei's reaction to it going berserk?  

Other things, I like how you've portrayed basically everyone here, Gloval, Roy, Rei, Asuka, it's all great, I've got no complaints except that little bit above.
 In other words
You've got a solid work here, I would love to see more.

"Gott, wer leitet diesen Laden?"
"In der Tat. Dr. Lang würde sich die Haare einzeln ausreißen wenn wir so arbeiten würden. Fräulein, würden Sie uns bitte aus dem Weg gehen? Wir haben einen Zeitplan einzuhalten."
"Sie tut so als würde Sie den Doktor kennen,"
"Vermutlich durch sein Renommee. Selbst wenn sie seine Ex-Freundin wäre würde das nichts ändern.Solange wir im Zeitplan sind ist es ihm völlig egal wer da angelaufen kommt, Hauptsache ist, dass die verlangten Güter rechtzeitig bereit sind." (I seriously had no idea what you wanted to express with this last part)
"Energiemesswerte im Reaktor bleiben stabil/konstant," (the first one means stable, the second one is more rigid as in "the exact same)

Other than that, Great story.
