I think you're making a great impact by writing all these daily occurances down. It may be useful in the future writting them down and the biblical references is a very nice touch to your enteries. Keep doing everything you're doing because everything you do will pay off in the end, and most importantly help someone in the end. When reading these enteries, I can relate to it and I think that is the best quality a writter may have on someone. From what I see, I know you're going to be something great in your future. Just follow your dreams because anything is possible if you do your best to pusue it.

And well, whether you remember me or not. I wanted to let you know that you've certainly impacted my life. Thanks for the small conversations we had in Literary Genres because it has certainly given me hope in humanity; your kindness was greatly appreciated. And well, although I was quite, I feel the need to tell you who I really am because I feel as if you didn't learn anything about me and I learned more about you. And building a friendship with someone as yourself is one that is in all means worth it.

I cultivate the weirder sidesof my personality, and I don't mind sharing them. I am comfortable with who I am, and I've never been like everyone else, but I'm okay with that. My dream, or you can say goal, is to pursue one of the following careers: Addictions Counselor, Art / Music Therapy, Physical Therapy, Recreational Therapy, or Social Work. I want to inspire and to lift the lives of people in helping them to grow and heal. I understand people, and I can look at theirlives objectively. What has inspired me to pursue these such occupations? Well, its simply the hardships I've went through and I want to share this experience I've aquired throughout the years since birth. I've made mistakes in my life... I've let people take advantage of me and I've expected way less than what I deserve. But, I've learned from my bad choices and even though there are some things I can never get back and people who will never be sorry. I know better next time and won't settle for anything less than what I deserve. I have learned throughout my life to let things go. I have decided as my personal goal that I won't let hindrances and obstacles in life get me down - they've already let me down once, and I have learned from it. I've went through custody struggles through abuse, whether it was phyiscal or verbal, I've been through so many hardships that many may be shocked and has greatly influenced my bad choices. Drugs are a waste of time. They destroy your memory and your self-respect and everything that goes along with with your self-esteem. I'm a recovering addict and I face this problem everyday. But I've managed to be drug free and sober for over a year and I'm never going back to those days. I understand others very well, and now that I have experienced, I am on the lookout to help them. Hope that has greatly helped you learn more about me and thanks for an awesome semester.

Your friend,
Melina A.

I know you wrote this quite a while ago, but I just wanted to let you know it's still having an affect over readers!
He surprised her with another kiss, one that was more forceful and urgent--an adult's kiss...
She'd do anything to please him...And, now, if he told her to get on her knees and suck his cock, he knew she would.
God, he wanted to fuck her. . .The urge to just grab her, throw her over the arm of the couch and take her was unexpectedly strong.
..oh! Stomach lurches for me at those words!
Koshiro was careful not to pin her down too roughly as she wiggled underneath him. . .Kissing Nanoka had been the emotional equivalent of popping the cork off a well-shaken bottle of champagne, and the shameful, incestuous passion for her that he had tried to bury deep inside himself was suddenly released
AWWW! I love that simile! WOW. This is heavy and intense! As you said, I also love Koi Kaze, but very little erotica when the story is so wonderfully psychological and deep makes me sad.
It couldn't be too rough, or too sudden. Maybe later (and here he was, already assuming that there would be a next time) but not now.
Please tell me you wrote one of those? Or know of another fanfic-er who did? I'm the kind of person who loves this kind of scene, so idealized and romantic, but I also love the angry sort of uncontrollable kind (dark kink) too...With Koshiro's temper and his habit of projecting his self-anger onto others, you think there would be some moments of harsh, rough, uncontrollable acts... That reminds me, I also liked this line: He had always been a brusque man, but his roughness was part of what excited her.
You even got his mannerism! ("nervously ruffling his hair with one hand and gesturing to the futon")
I love dry humping...don't see it too often in manga, anime or fanfiction! ("Nanoka gasped and hooked her legs around his waist; Koshiro moved his hips back and then thrust again, simulating the sex they were soon to have.")
Damnation was his only salvation. HOW PERFECT~! He'd die without her, living an emotionless, going-through-the-motions non-life! To be fully alive, to feel, to be so thrilled, to appreciate the magnitude of simple things like cherry blossoms, he needs her...I get it! You said it well, this cycle of damnation due to moral layers upon nature...
I liked your perception here: It shouldn't have been him. If their parents had never divorced, if they had been raised together as normal siblings, this would never have happened. Genetic Sexual Attraction (GSA) is something I rarely see discuss related to Koi Kaze, and yet Koi Kaze is one of the most realistic and touching portrayals of this phenomena that I have ever read. Well done!

If your company is anything like mine, at one time or another you've traded in your business casual attire for a pair of jeans and a T-shirt to work from home. Every member of our CRM magazine editorial staff has conducted interviews, filed stories, and edited copy from home for various reasons, from recovery from surgery to having plumbing repaired. CRM's editors typically rely on telecommuting for these kinds of sporadic personal events. But when New York City's security+ certification transit union members spent three days on the picket lines in December 2005 during the transit strike, we had to telecommute. Working from home went from being an occasional choice to being the core of our contingency strategy for maintaining normalcy (which means, in our case, the controlled chaos of hitting lots of deadlines).

Your question..."When another person says I love you, how do you feel? Warm? Fuzzy? Not alone?"....is not something I can answer. Being raised an orphan in a shelter in Mexico...i can honestly say i have never been told "I Love You". I have felt love though. It is the most beautiful thing one can feel for another human being; but, I believe that as a race, humans will never evolve until we learn to forget that emotion. Till that day comes...there will always be murder, rape, greed, war, and hate. People say that all we need to do is learn to love each other...I believe all we need to learn is how not to hate...and without hate there cannot be love...therefore if we do not love we cannot hate. but then what would be the point to life right?

Hi sorry I have not posted a review for quite a while but I have been really busy with my Film and Creative writing course at University in all honesty as well as moving house. The last two chapters have been brilliant. I am really enjoying the subtle changes you are making to Asuka's character as they are believable changes for starters. Unlike alot of fanfiction I read where the protagonists change drastically over a short period of time, Asuka and Shinji to an exstent, have both changed slowly which is more enjoyable to read about in my opinon.
Im really interested in where Klunge and SEELE are going to take the story but (Predicatably) I wish for a happy ending of sorts.

Anyway keep up the good work. Your writing is really enthralling to read and I'm taking alot of notes on some of the stylistic choices and methods you use to improve upon my own creative work which has consisted of far too much poetry for my liking. Cheers

Dean

ok its started out ok not to wild and believable
but as you kept going you started getting more and more well dramatic and crazy and well i just dont know how to explain it
also it was modestly funny in the beggining but i think you may have taken it too far honestly so far my count is like over 20 marriages and 5 to 8 pregnancies honestly man that is not all that funny
the story at this point looks like you milked it a little too much and it stopped being enjoyably funny and now is sad, confusing and well i dont want to read it because now the story feels ruined
im not trying to be rude but you started off great  i mean good job but now its a train wreck
i actually enjoyed reading the beggining when there was some innocense in the story    but now i havent enjoyed reading the last few chapters
i not trying to be the worlds biggest jerk here but a little control and sanity would be appreciated

First of all great story.  Cannot wait for the second one (hopefully there will be one).  I liked how shinji was pretty much himself but older.  Given three years to mature i am sure shinji would have grown somewhat of a spine.  I liked how you wrote the semi lemon scene.  It was tastefully done.  I have read a many of eva fanfics and this one is one of the better ones.  I cannot some of the great eva fanfics but i really do think it has the potential.  Now i have to stories to enjoy on darkscribes.  Asuka's smile and Genocide by Rommel.  Hope to read more of your stories soon

I suppose I'll begin with an apology; I neglected to leave a review for the last chapter, and this story definitely deserves at least that much.
As always I enjoy the OCs you introduce to the story, and Fuuka seems like she'll be interesting. More than that, however, the interactions between the main characters, almost all of it centered on Asuka, is what keeps me reading. Keiko's casual dismissal of Asuka's actions, Asuka's inability to understand, which was helped by Shinji's words in the kitchen, which helped Asuka realize what effect forgiveness would hold for Misato on the balcony. The slow growth of each character affects the slow growth of those around them. I especially liked Shinji's conversation with Gendo, for it showed he's grown enough to ask his father for information, yet is still too weak to push if his father turns him down. Keiko, too, is recovering, yet clearly damaged from the events of the battle a few chapters ago. And did I read the words "Rei" and "love?" Perhaps it's a friendly love with Keiko, or is it more?
Kluge and Keel seem to be after the exact same thing as in the series, but this new "Kaworu" creeps me out, and I'm sure Asuka will never be able to forget the upcoming confrontation with it. 100 pages sure sounds exciting, and thus I understand there will be a long wait for it. I'll be here to enjoy the final product.

My compliments.  These two chapters have been very interesting.  The modern vs. future approach is a welcome change, as most fanfics have futuristic technology from the real series.  Also, making Asuka American was favorable in my opinion.  Makes the exclusion of her German rantings allowable.  Do keep it up!

Easily one of the best stories that I have read here on DS. I like how you have taken the characters and changed them around, developing them fully within the roles/paths that you wanted them to have.
While some people might cry about the characters being OOC, I say ignore them. Keep on doing what you are doing. I myself do not mind a little OOCness, espicially if it helps to tell the story.
I loved chapter 7, particularly the marriage scene.  That was perfect.
Keep writing!

How can I put in to words the way I feel about this fic?
To me the success of Evangelion lies in what many people consider to be it's downside. The show introduces a colourful and diverse cast, and although it plays around with their potential happiness or even a light at the end of the tunnel, there's no hollywood happy ending to the ride.
It's because we want things to end differently, that the community of fan-fiction writers have been able to create such fantasic stories. Some of the these I hold in a very high regard. The epic "Eva-R", Fiss' "Higher Learning," and of course your "Genocide" can proudly stand at the top.
It's clear from the way you write and portray the characters that you have very strongly grasped the essense of the show. Asuka, Misato and Shinji in particular stand out, and your broken Ritsuko's motives are entirely understandable.
The way the relationship has grown in such a paced way is a testament to your skill as a writer and story-teller. Far too early in past fictions have characters become too distant from the official show's counterparts. The Asuka/Shinji interaction is some of the best that I've read, and is completely in tune with what could possibly have happened had the show just carried on past the original episodes.
Can I offer a critisim? Not easily. At times when I read some of the conversation in the story, I feel that your long and detailed descriptions slow the pace down in my mind, and thusly the conversations don't flow at a pace that I would be more attuned to. Would I change anything? Not really, despite my critique, it's for that same reason that the story stands out and is so charming in the first place.
I am greatly anticipating your final chapters. Let me know if you have an ETA by any chance. Good luck, and keep up this awesome piece of work.

What?  We want Shinji to have no spine?  Do we want him to run off like a sissy little bitch when Asuka gets mind-raped?

I'm sorry, that scene in which she was mind-raped and obviously hurting and he just sits there and does nothing... that fucking pissed me off!  I wanted to reach through the screen and strangle the little fucker!

God, you destroy Angels with a huge fucking robot.  But when you encounter a crying girl you back off like a sissy little bitch!

This was short, but it shows potential I think. The plot is nothing too special, but the writing style keeps things kind of interesting. In some ways I like the way you keep things brief and don't show any more than you need to show. As long as you don't push it too far, that could work well in your favor.

The characterization however, is a bit of a mixed bag. Shinji seemed almost spot on. Misato too seemed about right. However, Asuka lacked some of the subtlety you would expect from her in the series. She went from not caring about Shinji, to fearing Shinji, to liking Shinji in a matter of moments. That happened just a little too fast for my tastes (though you handled that better than some stories I've read). And I can't see Hikari being happy that Shinji killed someone, she seems too mature for that.

But you could this could turn out to be pretty interesting if you play your cards right. Good luck.
